We're excited to be extremely close to unveiling a new TendinopathyRehab feature that bridges the gap between clinicians and patients—our new Exercise Prescription Tool. With over 400 professionally recorded exercise instructions and videos relevant for lower limb tendinopathy, this innovative platform empowers clinicians to provide personalised exercise programs. You will find suggested progressions for all the common lower limb tendinopathies that are encountered in clinic and multiple ways to individualise based on the goals of your client.

Exercises organised to make your rehab prescription easier
The TendinopathyRehab exercise templates tailored individual progression for your tendinopathy clients. A tailored progression should guide individuals through stages of rehab: from patterning and capacity building to force generation, progressing to plyometrics and finally mastering reactivity and deceleration.
Our rehab templates also help you to modify and adapt your rehab based on other crucial factors such as severity of symptoms, disability levels, the relationship between load and pain, the alignment between functional limitations and pain, overall physical activity versus tendon-loading activities, pain sensitivity, kinesiophobia, and the potential for tendon adaptation.
